As a Leasing Management Manager - Automotive, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with automotive leasing and financing companies. You will be responsible for building mutually beneficial partnerships, negotiating competitive leasing terms and pricing, and identifying opportunities to support business growth through strong collaboration with leasing partners.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• Have significant experience in automotive leasing, financing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the automotive leasing industry.
• Have an established network and strong relationships with automotive leasing/financing companies.
• Possess strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Have experience in preparing and proposing leasing pricing strategies or commercial schemes to automotive leasing companies.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with automotive leasing and financing companies to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Negotiate leasing pricing, terms, and commercial schemes that are competitive and beneficial for both the company and leasing partners.
• Identify and develop business opportunities and collaboration programs with leasing partners to support automotive sales and business growth.
• Prepare and propose leasing pricing strategies and commercial schemes based on market conditions, business needs, and partner requirements.
• Monitor market trends, leasing programs, and competitor offerings to provide insights and recommendations for improving leasing strategies.
