The Function & Team The Legal team provides clear, pragmatic advice that supports Triple Point’s ambitions and protects our interests. They work closely with teams across the business to draft agreements, manage risk and enable confident decision-making that’s both commercially sound and aligned with our values. Role Summary As Legal Counsel, you will be a trusted legal adviser to Triple Point's Energy businesses. You will play a key role in structuring, negotiating and executing complex financing and energy transactions, while supporting the ongoing management of existing investments and loan portfolios. Working closely with investment, portfolio management and senior stakeholder teams, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice that enables growth, manages risk and supports confident decision-making across a diverse range of transactions.
