Legal Counsel
We offer an excellent opportunity to join the in-house legal team at a fast-growing healthcare company. Working closely with our General Counsel and external lawyers, you will be involved in Commercial deals, Clinical contracts, Data protection, Compliance, and Corporate agenda. Your role
- Be a trusted legal partner to the business, advising teams across the company on day-to-day legal matters
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements
- Manage your assigned legal projects independently
- Assist with corporate governance and corporate transactions, our IP agenda, data privacy and security regulations
- Work on the development and maintenance of corporate policies and conduct legal training for our staff
- Partner with outside counsels locally and abroad
- 3+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house legal experience
- Strong working knowledge of various legal areas; broader focus and experience are appreciated
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Slovak
- Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to effectively counsel business teams by providing pragmatic, commercial, and timely advice
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Bonus points for experience with technology companies, fast-growing international organizations, or healthcare/biotech
