We are looking for someone who is all these things and more. We support individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities who will need you to assist them in their home. Your role will be including but not limited as to:

• 
  Teaching new skills per the Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
• 
  Providing educational activities within the home
• 
  Following participant's care plan to ensure care needs and ADLS are managed as requested
• 
  Providing access to the community for socialization.

• Jonesboro
• Dacula
• Cumming
  

Mandatory job requirements:

• 
  Driver's License
• 
  Willing to undergo a background check
• 
  Willing to transport client
