Line Sales Manager (Cardio-Metabolic line)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial goals along with the tactical and strategic marketing and sales activities as part of the business plan to meet the organization's goals for market positioning, sales and market share.
• Leading the strategy and implementation for Product range securing sales growth in the relevant market.
• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of the assigned Team.
• Fully develop and drive company products strategy through the assigned team and a strong cross-functional execution of tactical activities.
• Monitoring performance oof sales team and fostering strong relationships with key clients.
• Hold accountability and responsibility for allocated financial planning (Financial Plan, Focus/Update, Forecast, Expenditures.
• Ensure optimum resources allocation according to business need.

Job Qualifications:

• A degree in Pharmacy, Vet Medicine or Science.
• Minimum 3 years of Experience as Line Sales Manager within cardiometabolic market in a reputable pharmaceutical company (must)
• Successful sales record for both established products and newly launched products.
• Resident in Cairo or Giza.
