Litigation Attorney
A well-known and successful law firm is looking for a Litigation Attorney that is motivated, has superior task management and organizational skills, is detail oriented, and has strong oral and written communication abilities to join their growing team at their Palm Beach Gardens office.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- Must have an automotive claim adjusting background, or Lemon Law background
- Litigation experience: 2 years minimum
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- A comprehensive understanding of personal injury law
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload
- Effective leadership skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement and think creatively
- Record of success
- Ability to supervise and provide direction to their support team
- Follow firm policies and procedures
- Successful self-manager
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants must currently be licensed to practice law in Florida.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, plus bonuses.
