Job Description
- To Provide Customer Service Management For All Local Indonesian Orders From Receipt To Invoicing.
- To Develop And Monitor The Weekly Production Plan To Ensure All Orders Are Despatched As Promised And That Inventory Levels Are Kept Within Corporate Set Limits.
- To Organise The Call Off Of Raw Materials, Intermediates And Packaging From Approved Vendors To Support The Weekly Production Plan.
- Plan, Organise And Communicate The Daily Production Activity For All Manufacturing Units And Work With Operations To Ensure That The Units Are Optimised And Achieve The Overall Plan For The Site.
- Ensure All Raw Materials, Including Additives, Packaging, Processing Aids, And Feedstocks Are Available To Support The Production Plan Whilst Also Being Controlled To The Corporate Inventory Limit.
- Co-ordinate With Transport Companies For The Collection Of Goods For Local Delivery And Export. Use Approved Vendors With Agree Tariff Cards Only.
- Manage Order Picking To Ensure That The Right Goods, With The Right Label Are Allocated To Each Customers Order.
Requirement
- Fluent in English
- Have experience in supply chain environment
- Knowledge of SAP & legal requirements for international trade
