Logistics Analyst
Summary
Logistics Analyst at Versace (Capri Holdings) in the NY Metro office supporting retail, outlet, and e-commerce distribution through order processing, warehouse/3PL coordination, weekly reporting, and inventory transfers.
Position reports directly to Logistics & Customer Service Manager
Responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
- Partner with the Retai/Outlet and E-Commerce team for all logistical and customer service-related needs
- Responsible for monitoring the shipping to the Retail Outlets and e-commerce distribution center and coordinating appropriately with the Retail Buying and E-Commerce teams.
- Maintain and publish weekly reporting for Retail, Outlet and Ecom outbound
Operations:
- Process seasonal orders and re-orders for Retail, Outlet and E-Commerce
- Create customized pick tickets based on priorities received
- Follow up with the warehouse to ensure the orders are fulfilled/shipped out on time
- Process Made for Outlet and Outlet Open Stock requests for Outlets
- Process transfers from E-commerce to Outlets
- E-commerce master data export
- Process bulk and on hand requests
- Process in transit goods from Italy
- Transfers from E-commerce warehouse to Retail stores and NJ warehouse
- Transfers from Retail stores to E-commerce warehouse
- Process licensee goods for E-commerce
- Maintain shared file for problematic E-commerce ASNs/POs
Experience & Key Competencies:
- 2+ years of logistics experience within the fashion industry
- Ability to adapt appropriately to competing demands and shifting priorities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working and partnering with 3PLs
- Strong PC Skills (all Microsoft Office applications)
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven, team-oriented environment

Compensation Range:
