Logistics Transformation Manager (Assignment/Temporary role 9 months)

Location - Remote US based

The Logistics Transformation Manager will lead the development and execution of logistics network strategy and transformation initiatives for the US Customer Supply Logistics organization. This role is responsible for converting strategic priorities into an executable transformation roadmap, managing cross-functional workstreams, and enabling sustainable change across logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong logistics expertise, strategic problem-solving, financial acumen, change leadership, and the ability to influence across market functions such as Sales and Finance, as well as global functions such as Supply. This role reports to the NA Sr. Director of Supply Chain.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, network strategy, transformation, project management, or customer supply roles within CPG or food manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of logistics network design, warehousing, transportation, customer fulfillment, order-to-cash impacts, cost-to-serve, and supply chain financial drivers.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects from strategy through execution and sustainment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to successfully convert data and ambiguity into clear strategic choices and practical action plans.

  • Experience building business cases, tracking financial benefits, managing project governance, and communicating progress to senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Blue Yonder, Power BI, network modeling tools, project management tools, and data visualization/analytics platforms preferred.

  • Certification or formal training in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci/change management, or supply chain/network optimization is preferred.

What will your Key Responsibilities be?

  • Lead the development, refresh, and execution of the US logistics network strategy, including network footprint, product flows, capacity, cost-to-serve, service expectations, and operational resilience.

  • Translate logistics strategy into a prioritized transformation roadmap with clear business cases, milestones, benefits, dependencies, risks, and decision points.

  • Manage transformation projects and workstreams across warehousing, transportation, order-to-cash/logistics execution, customer service enablement, and logistics operating model improvements.

  • Establish governance routines for logistics transformation initiatives, ensuring strong visibility to progress, risks, financial impact, resource needs, and leadership decisions required.

  • Partner closely with US Customer Supply Logistics leadership and cross-functional partners in Sales, Finance, Global Supply, Commercial, and other enabling functions to align strategic choices and execution plans.

  • Lead network analysis and data-driven recommendations that balance service, cost, capacity, complexity, customer requirements, and long-term business growth.

  • Enable change across the organization through stakeholder engagement, communication plans, readiness assessments, training support, adoption tracking, and sustainment mechanisms.

  • Drive disciplined project management practices, including clear scope, timing, accountability, issue resolution, benefit tracking, and post-implementation reviews.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify logistics processes, improve customer supply performance, reduce cost and complexity, and strengthen end-to-end supply chain connectivity.

  • Create executive-ready materials, recommendations, and updates for senior leaders to support prioritization, investment decisions, and transformation governance.

  • Coach and influence cross-functional project teams, subject matter experts, and workstream owners to deliver transformation outcomes while building broader organizational capability.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents, and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
