In This Role You’ll

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through delivery and follow-up
• Work internet, phone, and showroom traffic daily
• Build relationships and create a high-level ownership experience
• Maintain strong CRM organization and follow-up discipline
• Present luxury Infiniti vehicles, technology, and performance features confidently
• Generate repeat and referral business through professionalism and consistency

Compensation Structure after 90 days

• 30% commission structure
• $200 minimum commission per unit
• Up to $4,000+ earning opportunity per sale
• $500 retroactive minimum commission at 10 units sold

• Ability to manage follow-up without constant supervision
• Sales, hospitality, or commissioned sales experience preferred
