About the Role
We are seeking two experienced Machine Learning Engineers to join our team in Alpine County, California. This role is crucial for developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that drive our innovative projects. You will work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the design and optimization of ML systems, ensuring they perform efficiently at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural network architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, and LSTMs, to solve complex problems.
- Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for seamless model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability, utilizing distributed training techniques and tools like Apache Spark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and workflows.
Required Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency in advanced neural networks (CNN, RNN, LSTM) and deep learning architectures.
- Strong background in advanced statistics and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with Kubernetes for managing ML workloads and distributed training.
- Familiarity with ML system design and model deployment at scale.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in machine learning and software development.
Work Location & Setup
This position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and on-site presence in Alpine County, California. You will have the flexibility to work from home while also engaging with the team in person as needed.
Employment Type & Duration
This is an hourly contract position with a duration of 6 months. The commitment is for 30 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
