We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for developing and deploying advanced machine learning models that drive our innovative solutions. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in deep learning and statistical analysis to enhance our product offerings and improve performance at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning systems and architectures, focusing on advanced neural networks such as CNN, RNN, and LSTM.
- Develop and optimize MLOps pipelines for efficient model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into existing applications and services.
- Conduct performance optimization and distributed training using tools like Apache Spark and Kubernetes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with libraries for machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong understanding of advanced statistics and experience with deep learning architectures.
- Knowledge of distributed training techniques and experience with Kubernetes for machine learning applications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Work Location & Setup
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. We are particularly looking for candidates based in Austin, Texas, but welcome applicants from other locations as well. You will be part of a collaborative virtual environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Employment Type & Duration
We are offering both full-time and contract positions for this role. The project is expected to last from October 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025, with an onboarding period of 7-15 days to ensure you are well-prepared to contribute effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is between $2000 and $2500 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer flexible working hours and a supportive work culture that values professional growth and development.
