Machine Learning Engineer
Vouch is partnering with a leading Insurance organisation to hire a Machine Learning Engineer to join its growing AI team. You will working closely with Sales and Marketing team in building scalable AI solutions that improve customer engagement, campaign, sales effectiveness, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy Machine Learning and GenAI solutions to support Marketing and Sales business initiatives, covering both traditional ML and emerging LLM/Agentic AI applications.
- Develop AI applications on Azure cloud platforms, working with technologies such as Databricks, AI Foundry, AI Search and Kubernetes.
- Integrate AI models with APIs, enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring scalable and reliable production deployment.
- Develop automation, scripts and tooling to improve data engineering, model deployment and AI development workflows.
- Work closely with Marketing stakeholders and technology teams to monitor, test and continuously optimize AI solutions and maximize their business value.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python and SQL, particularly for data analysis and orchestration.
- Practical experience with Azure cloud technologies, ideally including Databricks, AI Foundry, AI Search or Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments, including integration with APIs, data sources or enterprise systems.
- Exposure to applying AI/ML solutions within Sales and Marketing functions; insurance or financial services experience would be advantageous.
