MAID AGENCY - SALES EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

Preferably 1–2 years’ experience in sales / customer service / consultancy
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Able to explain services clearly and handle client objections professionally
Good command of English & Malay ;Mandarin-speaking is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
High initiative, motivated, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
Able to work independently and manage multiple clients at once
Basic computer skills (Whats App, Microsoft Office, online forms)
Candidates with CEI ( KAH /Basic) certification will have an added advantage
Training will be provided for candidates without EA industry experience
Able to commence work after the Chinese New Year period
