As we continue to grow, we are seeking a devoted and caring Maintenance Director to become part of our family. Maplewood at Twinsburg is seeking a full time Environmental Services Director. The Maintenance Director (Environment Services Director) is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the general operating maintenance, repair and housekeeping of the residence and the community’s physical plant to maintain proper operations of the residence. (S)He oversees the operations of the Maintenance Department and Housekeeping to ensure that the community and apartments are maintained in a safe, clean, and comfortable manner.
