Position Summary

In this role, you'll lead a vibrant community and guide a talented team, drawing on your expertise in plumbing and building systems, hands-on problem-solving, general carpentry, and electrical troubleshooting. You'll also supervise staff and help cultivate an outstanding living environment for residents. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with an established company. The Maintenance Manager reports directly to the Community Director.
