A mall is announcing its desire to attract an Operations Manager to lead and operate the commercial center, who possesses exceptional experience in managing malls within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, capable of achieving growth, optimizing revenues, increasing occupancy rates, and enhancing visitor experiences.

Responsibilities:

* Leading and operating the commercial center and overseeing all daily operations.

* Proven previous experience working with one of the major mall management and operation companies.

* Increasing occupancy rates and attracting local and international commercial brands.

* Building and managing relationships with tenants and expansion managers of commercial brands.

* Optimizing revenues from leasing, advertising, sponsorships, and events.

* Overseeing operations, maintenance, security, cleanliness, and safety of the mall.

* Preparing and implementing marketing plans and activities that contribute to increasing visitor numbers and sales.

* Managing budgets and performance indicators and achieving targeted operational and financial objectives.

* Leading work teams and developing a professional work environment that achieves the highest performance levels.

Skills

* Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and operating commercial malls within the Kingdom.

* Previous experience as a Mall Manager, Deputy Mall Manager, Operations Manager, or Leasing Manager with comprehensive operational responsibilities.

* Proven experience in managing a commercial center exceeding 50,000 m² or comprising more than 100 tenants.

* Documented record in increasing occupancy rates and attracting commercial brands and establishing leasing contracts.

* Strong network of relationships with commercial brands and expansion and leasing managers.

* Experience in negotiating high-value commercial contracts.

* Experience in operations, maintenance, security, safety, and facility management.

* Experience in marketing and managing events and enhancing non-leasing revenues.

* Leadership, negotiation, and high-level communication skills.

* Proficiency in Arabic, and proficiency in English is preferred.

* Outstanding professional record with the ability to provide a job reference.
