Management Accounting (Assoc) / Business Finance (Assoc) - Banking
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse regular business and financial performance reports, including revenue, balance sheet, profitability and other key business metrics.
- Track business performance against budgets, forecasts and targets, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Support the preparation of management reports, forecasts, budgets and longer-term business plans.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and management decision-making.
- Partner closely with business and internal stakeholders to address financial queries and provide commercial insights.
- Prepare management presentations and materials for regular business reviews.
- Support initiatives to streamline and improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in finance transformation, system migration and other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Management Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A or Financial Management.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Ability to analyse business performance and translate data into meaningful insights.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial services or banking experience would be advantageous.
