Management Trainee / Associate — (Business Strategy, Workshop, Marketing)

About the role

Lynkage is a fast-growing bicycle parts e-commerce business selling and building premium road groupsets (Shimano Di2, SRAM AXS). This is a trainee role where you will learn how to run a start up, scale it and grow together with it.

Key responsibilities

• Workshop: You will learn the details of bike servicing so that you can better understand and manage future mechanics
• Business Strategy: Strategise on how a real world start up achieves growth and scales.
• Front-of-house operations: consultations, sales, aftercare, day-to-day customer interactions
• Customer ownership: learn to sell in a way that makes customers return, based on genuine product knowledge
• Marketing: Content, campaigns, launches, and retention programmes with real budgets
• Content Production: Film and create content to expand the business and increase reach

About you

• Passion for business, marketing, e-commerce, or any discipline if you can show hustle
• Detail-obsessed — inventory and books must be accurate
• Bonus (not required): you ride, you wrench on your own bike, or you make content

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
