We’re looking for an Affiliates Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning and scaling the affiliate channel end-to-end, driving revenue growth and high-quality account opens through strategic affiliate partnerships, advanced analytics, and data-driven optimization for Mashreq NEO in the UAE. This role involves managing and mentoring the affiliate team, building and maintaining high-quality affiliate relationships, leading performance monitoring and campaign optimization, and ensuring accurate tracking through AppsFlyer and other analytical tools.
