Manager, Candidate Experience (RC Manager - Technical Recruiting)

Lead the coordination engine for technical hiring by managing recruiting coordinators, overseeing interview scheduling and cross-timezone logistics, maintaining process accuracy and service levels, improving candidate and hiring team experiences, resolving bottlenecks, building capacity models, and hiring and onboarding coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of global recruiting coordinators who own interview scheduling end-to-end.
• Oversee multi-panel interview loops, cross-timezone logistics, interviewer alignment, and candidate preparation.
• Monitor service levels, identify workflow improvements, and manage capacity and load balancing.
• Maintain calibration and accuracy, coordinate debriefs, and enforce process hygiene.
• Lead candidate and hiring team experience initiatives and survey programs.
• Build the coordination team capacity model with the Senior Manager.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate and resolve bottlenecks.
• Hire and onboard recruiting coordinators and support their success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in recruiting coordination or operations at a high-growth technology company.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing team performance and metrics.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Ability to own execution and process building.
• High operational rigor in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong familiarity with Ashby or a similar ATS.
• Workday HRIS experience is a bonus.
• Candidate and hiring experience survey and NPS knowledge is a bonus.
• Interview training program experience is a bonus.
• Proficiency with additional recruiting and AI tools is a bonus.
