Manager, Client Service
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager to oversee daily operational functions, ensure compliance with internal processes, and support team performance within a fast-paced wealth environment. This role is responsible for inputting and reviewing transactions, managing workflows, and fostering a collaborative and accountable team culture.
Responsibilities:
Input and review money movement transactions within Wealthscape and Charles Schwab.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of operations tasks, including preparing and reviewing account opening paperwork and account maintenance.
Proficient in what is needed to open Taxable, Retirement, Trust, & Business accounts within Fidelity & Charles Schwab to aid in reviewing requests.
Serve as liaison between Wealth Teams and custodians. Proactively contact custodians daily to resolve issues and ensure requests are being processed with accuracy.
Delegate tasks and assist with team members workloads to ensure smooth execution of workflow.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Manage quarterly projects, maintain internal spreadsheets, and oversee completion of team members daily tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial business operations, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Skills:
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Fidelity (Wealthscape) and Charles Schwab Platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Excel
