Main Responsibilities:

• Lead digital product growth and define the roadmap for the banks platform.
• Develop strategies for different customer segments and create innovative solutions.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including technical and business teams.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, business goals, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product management or delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile Development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Team-oriented, with a background in MFI or banking preferred.
