Manager, Life Student Care
At Life Community, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow with confidence and thrive. We are looking for a Manager, Life Student Care (LSC) to lead and grow our Student Care services across our four centres.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow LSC services – develop service plans, programmes and new initiatives in response to the needs of children, families and the community.
- Drive service quality – establish service standards, monitor performance and lead programme evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Develop people – lead, coach and develop centre supervisors and staff, including manpower planning, recruitment and training.
- Build partnerships – develop strong relationships with schools, government agencies, corporates and community partners.
- Support organisational growth – contribute to fundraising events, corporate partnerships, projects and the development of the LSC brand.
What we're looking for
- Degree or diploma in Social Work, Education, Social Sciences, Business or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, with experience in programme or team management.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker who is also hands-on, organised and outcome-oriented.
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Experience in student care, education, social services or community programmes is an advantage.
