Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across multiple entities. Partner with department leaders and finance professionals on budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, growth initiatives, reporting, business intelligence improvements, executive materials, investor relations, accounting support, and financial process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis.
- Develop models for mergers and acquisitions, expansions, and financing opportunities.
- Improve financial models and business intelligence tools.
- Compile, analyze, and report monthly financial results.
- Prepare executive, board, senior leadership, and strategic committee presentations.
- Present financial reports with actionable insights and risk mitigation recommendations.
- Generate materials for RNS releases and investor presentations.
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliation.
- Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- CPA or CA designation is an asset.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling abilities.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of P&L, cash flow, and working capital.
- Expert-level Excel knowledge.
- Advanced Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides knowledge.
- Professional fluency in English.
- French fluency is an asset.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
