Manager of Statutory Audits

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Statutory Audits. This newly created position is a critical position within our Global Finance team, charged with overseeing and managing the external statutory audit function in multiple countries such as The U.S., UK, Netherlands and Germany. You will ensure that financial statements are accurate, compliant with regulations, and properly audited. You will be expected to take the lead on audits, collaborating with Controllers, various departments internally to gather support for audit procedures, and the external auditors. Responsibility for all legal entity balance sheet account reconciliations will fall under you.
