Manager / Principal Engineer, Civil & Structural

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the checking and design of civil and structural works from concept to detailed design and provision of QP supervisory works for projects

· Conversant and ensure that project complies to local code and authority requirement

· Preparation of submissions to statutory agencies and authorities

· Able to perform analysis and/or guide engineers to analyse building or civil structures and provide technical advice and solutions when working with stakeholders

· Carryout project management, planning, financial management of project, contract administration, ensure key deadlines are met and staff work together effectively

· Preparation of tender documents and specifications

· Ensure design for safety is adhered to and manage the works of RE and RTO on site

· Design management, coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and external consultants

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil & structural Engineering with about 10 years’ experience

· Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer or completed FEE and preparing for PPE Exam

· Design for Safety Professional

· Experience in both construction management and design

· Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, Geotechnical Software
