Manager, Procurement & Vendor Management [Govt]

• Salary: Up to $6,000 per month
• Duration: 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner business units to understand procurement needs and develop procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives and procurement regulations.
• Provide professional advice on procurement approaches, sourcing strategies, evaluation methodologies and demand aggregation opportunities.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, evaluation, award and contract establishment for quotations, tenders/RFPs, RFQs and direct contracting exercises.
• Prepare, review and manage procurement documentation, including specifications, sourcing documents, evaluation frameworks, approval submissions and GeBIZ transactions.
• Advise stakeholders on post-award contract management matters, including contract variations, option exercises, novations and terminations.
• Support audits, investigations and risk management initiatives while ensuring strong procurement controls and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement, process redesign, automation, dashboard and digitalisation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Analyse procurement data and trends, prepare management reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Lead or support special projects and other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a degree in any related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in procurement operations, sourcing, contract management, or public sector procurement.
• Experience in Government procurement and GeBIZ will be an advantage.
