Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with OSS/BSS domains such as CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, Service Activation, Billing, Charging, and Network Management is preferred.
3. 3+ years of experience in OSS/BSS system operation and maintenance, preferably with experience in telecom operator projects.
4. Strong experience in Linux system administration, application deployment, troubleshooting, log analysis, database operation and maintenance, and middleware management.
5. Experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MariaDB is preferred.
6. Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills, with the ability to independently analyze and resolve production issues.
7. Good English communication skills and the ability to work directly with international customers and technical teams.
