Manager, Treasury ALM

Run the day-to-day treasury function across traditional finance and digital assets, managing liquidity, FX risk and balance sheet operations across a multi-regulatory structure handling 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day cash management, real-time clearing and multi-currency settlement while ensuring compliance with customer safeguarding and account segregation rules.
• Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitor the IRRBB framework and stress-test the balance sheet.
• Monitor live crypto risk incidents, measure real-time exposures and instruct corrective measures on long and short positions.
• Deliver strategic proposals to ALCO covering long-term investments, ALM netting arrangements and MMF allocations, while contributing to ICARA and ILAAP delivery.
• Direct, mentor and develop a team of four treasury professionals across ALM, liquidity risk, funding management and digital asset operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in corporate treasury or financial institutions managing complex asset-liability management structures.
• Experience operating across traditional finance, including SWIFT, SEPA and physical or notional pooling, and digital asset markets including stablecoins and crypto assets.
• Strong knowledge of MiCAR, EMI and MiFID II regulatory frameworks, capital compliance and risk appetite frameworks.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, banking APIs, blockchain analytics and early-warning indicators such as Hedging Efficiency Dashboards.
• Fluency in German and English.
