Manager_UK Tax Law CLM

Experience & Knowledge

Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and associated legal processes
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in CLM implementation or configuration projects (preferably with Agiloft, Ironclad, or Leah)
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
Awareness of GenAI and agentic solutions
Relevant CLM certifications are highly desirable

Client & Delivery Skills

Experience supporting and contributing to client design workshops
Ability to deliver client demos showcasing CLM functionality
Experience delivering or assisting with end-user training sessions
Comfortable working directly with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

- Contract templates
- Workflows
- Notifications and alerts
- Reporting and dashboards
- User roles, permissions, and groups
Ability to produce and maintain technical documentation, including:
- Configuration design documents
- Test scripts and cases
