Manager, UTA Marketing

UTA Marketing seeks a Manager to support existing accounts through client service, brand strategy, partnership development, and talent and creator deals. The role manages client relationships, develops client service plans, oversees campaign execution, executes deals, tracks performance, and identifies growth opportunities within existing accounts under the supervision of a Director.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships across assigned brand accounts.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for talent campaigns, including recommendations, outreach, and contracting.
  • Monitor cultural and digital trends to identify rising talent and emerging voices.
  • Develop recommendations for product integration and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Assess sponsorship opportunities and cultural platforms for brand fit and strategic value.
  • Maintain trackers for project and deal status, approvals, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
  • Track campaign performance and report KPIs to clients with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and present client-facing decks and campaign narratives.
  • Draft email communications and pitch and program proposal materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls.
  • Contribute to team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Build case studies and recaps to support business growth and client storytelling.
  • Participate in agency-wide meetings and share relevant insights.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and support client partnership growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or social media strategy, preferably at a talent, advertising, marketing, creative, or media agency.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of the creator landscape, emerging talent, trends, and entertainment culture.
  • Proven experience working with talent, creators, and clients on impactful brand campaigns.
  • Ability to build creative and data-driven talent strategies.
  • Knowledge of culture, trends, brands, and insights.
  • Ability to develop client-facing marketing presentation materials.
  • Motivation, initiative, creative and critical thinking, and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to vet, recommend, negotiate with, and contract talent.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and/or Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
