Manager, Vendor Health and Engagement

This role requires a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on individual who can work across product, operations, and market teams to build scalable solutions that improve vendor engagement, efficiency, and growth. What's on your plate?

  • Drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Partner closely with local and regional commercial teams to optimize vendor health, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with local markets to understand local nuances and tailor performance strategies to optimize vendor onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies, to ensure seamless vendor experience
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors, develop rehabilitation plans, and implement structured solutions.
  • Work with front-end and back-end product teams to ensure a balance between ad revenue, vendor experience, and operational efficiency.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or strategy-related roles, vendor operations/onboarding, performance management, or program management, preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, FMCG, or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and design scalable solution
  • Proven expertise in vendor performance management, including scaling operations, driving efficiency, and improving marketplace dynamics.
  • Highly analytical mindset – Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence product, operations, and market teams.
