Manufacturing Plant Manager

Assist the Factory Manager in managing daily factory production operations.

Supervise workers and coordinate manpower, production schedules and workflows.

Monitor steel cuttings, processing, material handlings and productions activities.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved. Monitor machinery, equipment maintenance, and material usage.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies. Prepare production reports and coordinate with management and other departments.

Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.

Minimum of 5years relevant working experience will be a requisite.

Prior experience in steels processing, fabrication or manufacturing will be an advantage.

Good leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
Able to manage workers and factory operations independently.
Must work in irregular shifts including night shifts.
