Responsibilities

- Prioritize new markets to maximize relevance and engagement.
- Clarify wording on live markets and publish clarifications.
- Audit resolutions for consistency, source integrity, and adherence to rules.
- Build pipelines for recurring, scalable market categories.
- Monitor the internet for trends, stories, and key events.
- Create playbooks for rule drafting and dispute handling.
- Track regulatory guidance, industry standards, and peer platforms.
- Experiment with new market formats and types.
Requirements
- Sharp legal and analytical judgment.
- Strong editorial taste and market intuition.
- Exceptional technical writing skills.
- High agency and fast decision-making.
- Data and process rigor, including checklist building and audit scaling.
- Forecasting fluency; familiarity with crypto, sports, or political markets is a bonus.
- Experience in prediction markets, sportsbook operations, compliance, or exchange rulebooks.
- Background in law, risk, journalism, or dispute resolution.
- Ability to automate QA tools using SQL or Python.
