As a Market Development Manager, you are the face of our mission in the community—driving sustainable patient volume through disciplined referral development and high-impact relationship management. This is not a commission-based sales role; you are measured by conversion, referral quality, and the real-world impact you have on our mission and ethical standards.

Your Role & Impact
🔹 Build and maintain referral relationships with Emergency Departments, EMS, school districts, and behavioral health providers.
🔹 Own a defined territory aligned with our clinical sites, ensuring partners understand eligibility and referral pathways.
🔹 Execute daily field discipline with a minimum of four (4) in-person referral partner touches per business day.
🔹 Log all activity in the CRM within 24 hours to maintain accurate documentation and territory insights.
🔹 Optimize patient access by partnering with clinical leaders to improve referral-to-arrival conversion and reduce LWOBE.
🔹 Support market expansion by aligning outreach with payer strategies and new clinic launches.
🔹 Ensure full compliance with all healthcare regulations and Mind24-7 standards in every interaction.
🔹 Report directly to the VP of Growth with a dotted line to the COO to ensure alignment across the organization.
