Purpose of the Role
Our client is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support a major partnership initiative focused on delivering digital-first customer experiences. The role will be responsible for engaging newly acquired customers through lifecycle journey communications, as well as cross-sell and upsell campaigns.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on deploying automated email communications using existing CRM frameworks. The position centres on workflow automation, testing, and deployment rather than content creation or campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain email automation workflows within the existing CRM framework.
- Configure queries, triggers, and lifecycle journeys for customer communications.
- Conduct testing and deployment of automated campaigns to ensure accuracy and timing.
- Make adjustments to existing templates (no content creation required).
- Collaborate with project and marketing stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and unsubscribe regulations.
Technical Environment
- Preferred Platform: Acoustic
- Other Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, or similar CRM automation tools.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in CRM marketing automation and lifecycle campaign execution.
- Proven ability to build, test, and deploy automated workflows.
- Strong understanding of trigger-based automations and customer segmentation.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Acoustic platform.
- Exposure to cross-sell and upsell lifecycle marketing strategies.
