MARKETING CLOUD CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Consultant to support enterprise clients in delivering personalized customer engagement, marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and campaign optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Configure Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder
- Design customer engagement and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Build segmentation and personalization strategies
- Develop marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting
- Support data integration and customer data management initiatives
- Advise clients on marketing automation best practices
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing customer journey programs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification preferred
