Job Description

• Plan and execute marketing communication strategies across online and offline channels.
• Create and manage promotional campaigns for social media, events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop impactful marketing materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and KOLs.
• Write and distribute press releases, articles, and promotional content.
• Organize marketing events, including product launches, beauty classes, and exhibitions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industries.
• Strong understanding of branding, social media trends, and the beauty industry landscape.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and strong in project management.
• Existing network with media, KOLs, or influencers is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team, and perform under tight deadlines.
