Qualifications:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1 year dental and/or marketing experience preferred
- 2+ years of customer service required
- Reliable transportation for visiting referring offices required

POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Marketing Coordinator to serve as the face of our practice and build strong community relationships. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our growth by hitting the road to visit existing referring doctors and introduce our services to new dental offices. Your primary mission is to expand our referral network, increase brand awareness, and ensure our practice remains the top choice for oral surgery care in the region. If you are a self-motivated relationship builder who loves being out in the field, this position is for you.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Conduct daily field visits to existing referring dental offices in the Scottsdale area to maintain strong, supportive relationships.
- Identify and map new dental practices within a 25-mile radius to introduce our surgeon and services.
- Deliver marketing materials, educational resources, and promotional tokens during office visits.
- Plan and coordinate appreciation events, lunch-and-learns, or casual meet-and-greets between our surgeon and referring teams.
- Gather feedback from referring offices to help our internal clinical team continuously improve the patient referral experience.
- Track and log daily visit notes, mileage, and referral trends to share with the surgeon during regular strategy check-ins.
- Represent our practice with warmth and professionalism, reflecting our close-knit, community-focused office culture.
