About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to support our marketing, communications and enrolment initiatives across six preschool centres.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, producing short-form videos, and coordinating campaigns and events. You will work closely with centre principals and internal stakeholders to share meaningful stories about school life, strengthen the organisation’s digital presence, and support engagement with prospective families.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Content Creation
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across the organisation’s social media platforms.
- Produce photographs, graphics, captions, and short-form videos that reflect the organisation’s brand, values, and voice.
- Film and edit content across six preschool centres, including recurring content series and coverage of school activities and events.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the school calendar, enrolment periods, and key milestones.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all marketing content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond appropriately to comments and messages.
- Track content performance and prepare regular updates and reports.
Marketing and Enrolment Support
- Support enrolment campaigns, Open Houses, and organisation-wide events from planning through to on-the-day execution.
- Work closely with centre principals to gather content, coordinate activities, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Create and update marketing materials such as flyers, welcome packs, class timetables, and digital assets.
- Track enquiries and support marketing activities aimed at engaging prospective families.
- Assist in developing and implementing new marketing and communications initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and follow up on agreed deliverables when required.
Website Coordination
- Identify website content that requires updating, including centre information, programmes, events, news, and staff information.
- Coordinate website updates with the relevant external support person or vendor.
- Ensure website information remains accurate, current, and consistent with the organisation’s messaging.
- Check website links, forms, and enquiry channels, and follow up on any issues identified.
Marketing Coordination and Administration
- Coordinate marketing requests, schedules, and deliverables across the six centres.
- Organise and maintain photographs, videos, marketing materials, and other digital assets.
- Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, event schedules, and marketing documentation.
- Support the administrative and logistical arrangements for campaigns, Open Houses, and school events.
- Follow up with centres, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are completed on time.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills, with good attention to tone, accuracy, and detail.
- Able to create engaging social media content, photographs, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfortable filming at different preschool centres and appearing on camera when required.
- Able to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in an organised manner.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to work closely with centre principals and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable working within the values and environment of a Catholic preschool organisation.

Additional Information
- This role supports multiple preschool centres. Depending on filming and content requirements, the successful candidate may report directly to the relevant centre for the day.
- Occasional weekend attendance may be required for Open Houses or school events. Time off in lieu will be provided for approved weekend work.
