Marketing Executive | East Side | Up to $4000/mth

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate casual leasing opportunities for shopping malls and commercial spaces.
- Identify and source potential tenants, pop-up stores, exhibitors, roadshows, and event partners.
- Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and coordinate site viewings, bookings, and leasing arrangements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, event organisers, agencies, and external partners.
- Support marketing activities, promotions, roadshows, and events to drive footfall and enhance mall engagement.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, tenancy documentation, and follow up on payments and administrative matters.
- Monitor leasing spaces and ensure tenants comply with mall guidelines and operational requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Marketing, Leasing, and Facilities to ensure smooth execution of events and activations.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to maximise utilisation and revenue from available spaces.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, tenant pipeline, sales performance, and occupancy.
- Handle ad-hoc marketing, leasing, and event-related projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Retail Management, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in casual leasing, mall marketing, retail leasing, events, sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to approach and engage potential tenants.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
