ZRS Cars Trading is a premium GCC-spec pre-owned vehicle dealership with 5+ years of trusted trading in Dubai and a collection of 500+ luxury and premium vehicles. We're looking for one sharp, hands-on Content & Brand Executive to run our content engine from the inside — creating content for ZRS and our founders' personal brands, and working closely with our editors to ship polished posts and videos.

This is a fully on-site role at our Dubai Investment Park 1 showroom (not remote or hybrid).

What you'll do:

• Concept, script, and produce content — vehicle walkarounds, founder-led pieces, trends, reels, and campaigns
• Capture content on-site at the showroom and off-site (comfort with a phone/camera is a must)
• Feature on camera in videos
• Write hooks, captions, and copy that turn attention into DMs and leads
• Maintain the content calendar across all channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule content for both founders' personal brands with a consistent, premium voice
• Brief our editors clearly, keep everything aligned to the ZRS visual identity, and follow up so content ships on schedule

Compensation & terms:

• Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month, based on experience
• On-site role at Dubai Investment Park 1
• Visa: Candidates must initially hold their own valid UAE residence visa (spouse-sponsored, freelance, or investor). An official UAE labour contract is provided from day one, and employment visa sponsorship is provided after one year of employment

Skills

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years in content or social media — hands-on creation experience matters most
• A genuine creator's eye: you understand hooks, pacing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling
• Comfortable being on-site, on camera, and hands-on with capturing content
• Strong scripting and copywriting instincts (English essential; Arabic and/or Urdu a strong plus)
• Organised enough to keep a calendar moving without being chased
• Bonus: automotive, luxury, or retail brand experience; comfort with editing tools
