Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Plan and manage bilingual social media content across multiple platforms to enhance brand exposure and engagement. Coordinate company events and analyse performance to drive follower growth and optimise content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan daily bilingual content including copy, images, and videos across the company’s social media channels
- Manage social media accounts by responding promptly to comments, interactions, and private messages to maintain active engagement
- Develop content calendars and advertising plans tailored for platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, TikTok, and Instagram
- Support event planning and coordination, including on-site filming and content production to capture brand moments
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies to maximise reach and relevance
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule ensuring timely delivery of all content
- Analyse social media account performance data to improve brand exposure, engagement, and follower growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in personal-brand/IP development, brand-account management, or creating viral content
- Strong content sense with visual judgement, copywriting, and video-content evaluation skills
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other design and video-editing tools
- Strong storytelling ability and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
- Willingness to travel internationally for projects
