Marketing Manager LATAM
Lead and scale Rain's marketing efforts across Latin America, building regional plans, localized messaging, demand-generation programs, events, partner marketing, PR, sales enablement, and measurement for enterprise fintech and payments audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build the LATAM marketing plan tied to pipeline and revenue targets
- Define objectives, budgets, and quarterly calendars
- Refine ICPs and named account lists and run ABM campaigns
- Design co-marketing programs with strategic partners
- Translate and adapt messaging, proof points, pricing narratives, and demos
- Produce market-specific explainers, regulatory primers, and customer stories
- Own LATAM event strategy and measure ROI
- Coordinate regional PR and earned media with HQ and agencies
- Measure pipeline influence and iterate programs
- Build regional sales decks, talk tracks, objection handling, and case studies
- Source and manage regional agencies, vendors, and specialists
- Feed customer, regulatory, and competitive insights back to HQ
Requirements
- 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience in LATAM fintech, payments, or adjacent infrastructure
- Proven ABM and enterprise marketing experience that influences pipeline
- Ability to translate technical concepts including stablecoins, onchain payments, APIs, and compliance
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred
- Strong written localization skills
- Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and AI content or translation workflows
- Based in LATAM or able to frequently travel to the region
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–40%
- Experience starting from first principles and shipping programs independently
- Cross-functional collaboration with BD, Product, Legal/Compliance, and Design
