Marketing Manager

Position Title: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 25,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the leading manufacturing firms in the Middle East, offering a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and specialty products. Job Description: 1. Lead brand positioning initiatives to enhance market presence and competitive differentiation. Lead product marketing activities across the company's portfolio. 2. Plan and coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and industry events. Identify sponsorship opportunities that align with business objectives and brand positioning. 3. Collaborate with Product Development, Technical, and Sales teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs. 4. Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, online advertising, and content marketing.

Qualifications: 1. Male candidate, 40 years old and below, with a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience in the paints/coatings industry. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3. Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns with strong knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads, web analytics, CRM, and marketing tools. 4. Strong understanding of the paints and coatings market, including decorative, industrial, and protective coatings, customer segments, application methods, and industry trends.
