Position Title: Marketing Manager

Work Location: Krubong, Melaka

Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Salary: Up to RM10,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support project launching and overall brand visibility.
• Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Lead the marketing team and work closely with sales and project development teams.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective ROI for marketing events.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Build relationships with media, agencies, and property portals.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, brochures, online listings, and social media.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
