What You'll Be Doing:
- Support retail marketing campaigns and day-to-day operational initiatives
- Create and execute promotional campaigns across online and offline channels
- Work with designers on marketing collaterals, product launches, packaging, and premium gifts
- Handle procurement admin for marketing materials and premiums
- Plan and support events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities
- Participate in livestreams, digital content creation, and social media engagement
- Support e-commerce operations and online sales initiatives
- Conduct market research, sales analysis, and identify emerging trends
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver exciting marketing projects
- Customer Service
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Passionate about marketing, retail, social media, and customer engagement
- Meticulous and organised — comfortable juggling multiple moving parts (campaigns, stock, POs)
- Comfortable interacting with customers both online and offline
- Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable participating in livestreams and digital content creation (training provided)
