Marketing Operations Manager
This role owns the systems, data, and processes that power Securitize’s marketing function, including marketing automation, CRM integrations, campaign tracking, analytics, attribution, compliance, documentation, and team enablement.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration of the marketing automation platform, including list management, workflow automation, lead scoring, and platform hygiene.
- Manage integrations between marketing automation, Salesforce CRM, event platforms, and other tools to ensure reliable data flow.
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain marketing technology tools and serve as the internal expert for platform questions.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead handoffs, lifecycle stages, and CRM field mapping.
- Build campaign infrastructure including email nurture workflows, lead capture forms, landing pages, UTM frameworks, and campaign tracking.
- Manage audience segmentation across institutional, issuer, and retail segments.
- Maintain email compliance and deliverability best practices.
- Build dashboards, reports, and attribution models covering pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, and funnel conversion.
- Identify data coverage gaps and improve measurement accuracy.

Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing operations experience, ideally in B2B fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms, including workflows, lead scoring, forms, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including field mapping, lead/contact/opportunity objects, and campaign influence reporting.
- Strong understanding of UTM parameters, attribution models, and funnel analytics.
- Experience building marketing dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar tools.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven with strong quality control.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Nice-to-have experience includes institutional financial services marketing, ABM platforms, event technology, SQL or BI tools, and regulated industries.
