Marketing Specialist, Czech & Slovakia

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You'll own local marketing execution — from campaign planning to content localization — while working closely with regional and global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and market relevance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, offline) for the CZ/SK market
  • Localize and adapt regional/global marketing content, messaging, and creative assets for Czech and Slovak audiences
  • Manage local social media channels and community engagement
  • Coordinate with local media, agencies, and partners for PR, events, and sponsorships
  • Support product launches and go-to-market activities in the region
  • Track and report on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, market insights)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in CZ/SK
  • Manage local marketing budget and vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with regional sales goals
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a regional or country-specific role
  • Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak, plus professional English
  • Strong understanding of the Czech and Slovak market landscape (media, consumer behavior, competitors)
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email platforms, analytics tools)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Nice to Have
  • Experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, retail]
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Prior experience working with a multinational marketing team
